As with many online payday lenders, you can never find a physical address. Plus, there was a 3-month period where they were "off-line." That meant to ACH payments or withdrawals were made. Not sure they are legally compliant with US laws regarding these types of businesses. Also, customer service was often very difficult to reach. |
