I got my money in 1 day. The customer service was great, open 24 hours which is the real reason I went with them. I work the day shift as security, and I couldn't find time to ever do this loan. The fact that My Cash Now was 24 hours was the reason I chose to use their services.

It took My Cash Now 4 days to get me my money. I was under the impression that I would receive the money in 2 days or less. I was put in a very difficult spot because I owed money that I didn't have, and said I would. I almost got evicted because of this mess up on My Cash Now's part.

In the beginning of my loan I only had to pay 650% for my monthly rate on my loan. After 5 months the rate jumped to a little bit over 800%. Explain to me how that is fair, I'm not sure if it was in the contract...but the customer service that works for the company told me theres basically nothing I can do but pay it off and be done with them.
